Cancellations

All appointment reminders are delivered as a courtesy in advance of your upcoming appointments. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please log onto my booking page to reschedule or cancel. At least 48 hour notice is required so I have the opportunity to try to fill that space. Cancelling or rescheduling without proper notice will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.

Late

I totally get that things happen, but if you are going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible so I can try to coordinate the remainder of my day. If you are running too far behind, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for another time.

Return/Refund 

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased or received it through mailing. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging and the item needs to have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will process the returned item appropriately. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will

receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
