Cancellation Policy

Tardiness or Cancellations Here at Salon KrySTYLE we totally get that things happen, but if you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to coordinate the remainder of our day. If you are running 15 minutes or more behind, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for another time. All appointment reminders are delivered as a courtesy in advance of your upcoming appointments. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please log onto our booking page to reschedule or cancel. At least 48 hour notice is required so we have the opportunity to try to fill that space. Cancelling or rescheduling without proper notice will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services.
